When your sound file is received, we will notify you immediately of any concerns regarding the sound quality. If, during the course of transcribing, the quality of the recording becomes untenable, you will be notified and charged only for the words that have been transcribed.
Confidentiality is guaranteed. Our transcribers have all signed a Confidentiality Agreement between themselves and FreelanceSecretary.co.uk, and similarly we would expect to sign agreements between FreelanceSecretary.co.uk and our clients.
We work to our own Standard Operating Procedures, which define how our transcriptions are formatted and presented. However, we are happy to conform to individual clients' specific transcription standards or requirements.
Upon completion, all transcriptions undergo a second proof read by our in-house proof reader before being returned to the client.
Once the transcription is completed and returned to you, an invoice will be raised. We accept payment via BACS and cheque.
